    The lychee mojito was very refreshing and a good sweetness for me. The tapioca was a little softer than I usually like but had good flavor. The popcorn chicken was perfectly crunchy but could use a little more seasoning. The vibe of the restaurant is so adorable and fun!

    An organization I volunteered with put in a mass order with Boba Bar for an event we were putting on, Boba Bar staff were good about working with us so that we could get all the boba by the beginning of the event and I appreciate that since I know it was a lot more drinks for them to prepare than they normally would be getting orders for. I myself got a strawberry milk tea with mango jelly, the lowest sweetness they were able to do was 50% which was still very sweet. But I liked it overall, I do enjoy strawberry milk tea for that balance between sugary fruity flavor and dairy, and I appreciate that they have some toppings offered like the mango jelly. Overall, a decent option if you're in the downtown San Jose area.

    I tried the sweet and sour chicken. That is pretty good. I also tried matcha strawberry milk tea, oolong milk, and brown sugar milk tea with boba. All were amazing! I would recommend trying that.

    A heads-up: I haven't tried their boba and have only ordered their food through DoorDash on a whim and was not disappointed. I've tried their braised pork belly, coconut chicken curry, orange chicken, and steak with kimchi. All were great, but my favorite was the braised pork belly and chicken curry! The pork belly is soft and tender. The chicken curry was really sweet the first time (you could taste the sugar), but was perfect the second time! I enjoyed it both times, as I soaked the curry sauce with white rice. I will say they were more generous with the chicken in the curry the first time compared to the second. The braised pork belly is my favorite, and I will be ordering it again the next time I crave it.
